Contact Actions
Seven20 includes various packaged quick actions for Contact records, each of which allows the user to carry out specific processes.
Record Page Quick Actions
Add To Hotlist
Adds the current Contact to a Hotlist.
Send Job Specification
Allows the user to send an email with information about a Job to the prospective candidate on an individual basis. Email templates against the Job object can be used. Supports the use of generative email content by configuring a custom action with the Process value Email Template Generation: Send Job Spec.
Submit CV Speculatively
Submit a Candidate's CV to a hiring manager (Client Contact) from the Candidate's record page. Email templates against the Contact object or templates within a folder that is assigned to the ‘Submit a CV’ template context can be used.
Submit Speculative CV
Submit a Candidate's CV to a hiring manager (Client Contact) from the Client Contact's record page. Email templates against the Contact object or templates within a folder that is assigned to the 'Submit a Speculative CV' template context can be used.
Submit to Job
Submit a Candidate to a Job. Email templates against the Job object or templates within a folder that is assigned to the 'Submit to Job' template context can be used.
List View Actions
Add To Job
Submits the selected Candidates to a Job en masse.
Mass Add To Hotlist
Adds the selected Contacts to a Hotlist en masse. Contacts can only be added if they have a record type that is accepted by the Hotlist.
Mass Code
Assign Codes en masse to the selected Contacts.
Mass Email
Facilitates emailing a selection of Contacts while using Seven20 email functionality. Email templates against the Contact object or templates within a folder that is assigned to the 'Mass Email Contacts' template context can be used.
Supports the use of generative email content by configuring a custom action with the Process value Email Template Generation: Mass Email Contacts.
Mass Send Job Specification
Allows the user to send an email with information about a Job to prospective candidates en masse. Email templates against the Job object or templates within a folder that is assigned to the 'Mass Send Job Specification' template context can be used. All emails sent via this action are captured as email activities against the recipient Contacts, and the related Job record.
Only Contacts with the Candidate record type can be selected and have Job specifications sent to.
Submit Speculative CVs
Allows the user to submit a selection of Candidates to a Client Contact. Email templates against the Contact object or templates within a folder that is assigned to the 'Mass Submit Speculative CV' template context can be used.
