Introduction
Welcome to the Seven20 documentation which is intended to support the implementation of the Seven20 product in client orgs. It is anticipated that anyone carrying out such implementations will already be knowledgeable in Salesforce, so these documents only cover setup and configuration that is specific to Seven20 - the Salesforce developer documentation is available at https://developer.salesforce.com/
Like Salesforce, Seven20 is designed to be heavily customisable for the needs of individual clients and the information here will allow you to understand which elements of the product can be customised, what options are available and how they can be configured. Each client will have their own distinct requirements so the documentation is not intended as a guide but should instead be used to determine how those requirements can be met using the functionality available in Seven20.
The documents are broken down into logical sections which can be accessed via the navigation menu on the left or by using the Search function in the top right. Next to Search you will also find a link to our Support area, which contains knowledge articles designed for end users and through which logged in users can raise cases with our Support team.
If you have any queries or feedback regarding the documentation, please raise these with the Product team via the relevant Slack channel.
Admonitions
Throughout the documentation we use admonitions to provide additional information, warnings, tips, etc.
There are several different types of admonition, which are as follows:
Used to highlight a potential danger or risk, that will likely have a breaking effect.
Highlight a potential danger or risk, that will likely have a non-breaking effect.
Advice and tips which are optional for common usage, but are likely to benefit most users.
Provide additional information that could not be inferred from the context.
Reduce ambiguity for some information, e.g. where that information could be assumed but hasn't been explicitly stated.
