Job Actions
Seven20 includes various packaged quick actions for Job records, each of which allows the user to carry out specific processes.
ATS
Links to the ATS for the current job record, similar to the ATS field.
Configure Rate Cards
Opens the Configure Rate Cards modal.
Configure Required Compliance
Opens the Configure Required Compliance modal.
Email Candidates
Allows the user to send an email to all (or a selection) of the candidates with applications against the job. This is done via a two-step modal process. The first step allows for selection of the candidates to be emailed and includes a 'Stage quick select' mechanism in the bottom left of the modal which automatically selects all candidates for any selected stage. On the second step the user can then compose and send the email.
Match Candidates
Navigates to the Seven20 Match page.
Rate Job Board Applications
Navigates to the Job Board Application Rater.
Send Job Specification
Allows the user to send an email with information about the job to prospective candidates on an individual basis. Supports the use of generative email content by configuring a custom action with the Process value Email Template Generation: Send Job Spec.
Submit Candidate
Search for a new candidate to create an application against this job. Fields on the application can be populated by the user if a field set has been configured. Field sets can be configured for each application record type by using record type customisation metadata records with the values:

It is possible to configure which Contact field is displayed underneath the candidate name when searching for candidates to add. Use the Candidate_Search_Context_Field configuration metadata setting and input the API name of the desired Contact field into the Value field of the metadata record.
Mass Send Job Specification
Allows the user to send an email with information about a Job to prospective candidates en masse. Email templates against the Job object or templates within a folder that is assigned to the 'Mass Send Job Specification' template context can be used. All emails sent via this action are captured as email activities against the recipient Contacts, and the related Job record.
Only Contacts with the Candidate record type can be selected and have Job specifications sent to.
