Match Results

Match results allow users to view the details of contacts matching a job's details or custom filters and perform actions on them both individually and en masse.

Scoring

When searching, the user can select what information is used as the Job Description Filter. Indexed candidates' CVs are compared against the Job Description Filter and have a score applied to them. The score will automatically appear in the results view.

The score applied to each result is an arbitrary value based on the search criteria. A higher score relates to a better match
