Deleting Records
When a record is deleted within Salesforce, the record will also be removed from Daxtra. This is done via a 2 step process.

Step 1 - Mark the record as deleted
When a record is deleted, the record is not actually removed from Salesforce, it is marked as deleted and instead placed into the recycling bin, potentially allowing it to be restored. A similar process is done with Daxtra, the record is not actually deleted, and instead is marked as deleted. This allows the record to be restored if required.
Step 2 - Permanently delete the record
After 15 days the record is removed from Salesforce and Daxtra. This process is unrecoverable, and if a record needs to be restored after this point, it must be created again and treated as new.
Even if the Salesforce recycling bin is cleared manually, the record won't be removed from Daxtra until the 15 day period has passed.
