Reparsing

Candidates can be flagged for reparse when created or updated in seven20 via a supported Job Board Aggregator integration.

This process is controlled by a Seven20 configuration record, Integration Parse Candidates (Integration_Parse_Candidates). The record needs to be set as active and the Value (seven20__Value__c) set to be a valid reparser status (ensure the value matches exactly (case sensitive)).

Additional permissions are needed for guest site user if reparsing, see permissions when reparsing

When using any of the full reparse options, field values provided from the 3rd party aggregator may be overwritten based on the CV contents. As such we recommend using partial reparse options with job board integrations.

Permissions when reparsing

If reparsing the guest site user may require additional permissions.

Permissions to Read the Contact object and edit its fields must be assigned.

If reparsing with History records add create for both Education History (seven20__Education_History__c) and Employment History (seven20__Employment_History__c), as well as edit for for their respective fields.
