Relationships
The Relationship (seven20__Relationship__c) object acts as a grading system between Users and Contacts.
Field history tracking is enabled in the package, which allows the tracking of a Relationship's grade over time.
List View Actions
The following list view actions are available:

The Mass Email action supports the use of generative email content by configuring a custom action with the Process value Email Template Generation: Mass Email Contacts.
Relationship Object
Relationship records contain the following fields by default:

| Key | seven20__Key__c | Text(36) | An automatically generated, unique identifier for a relationship, used to prevent duplicates. It is an external Id, made by concatenating the User and Contact field values. Do not set this field to any other value |
| Relationship Grade | seven20__Relationship_Grade__c | Picklist | The grade of this Relationship. Packaged options are A, B, C and D |
