Uploading CVs

When uploading CVs into Seven20 via any method other than the CV Viewer it is necessary to complete the following steps:

  • Upload the file as a Content Version (ContentVersion) with seven20__File_Type__c set to CV
  • Create a Content Document Link (ContentDocumentLink) to the Contact from the new Content Document record (so that it appears in the related Files)
  • Set the Contact's seven20__Cv_File_Id__c to the Id of the Content Document
    • This step is only required if the CV being uploaded is intended to be used for indexing
    • If AWS is enabled, this should be the Seven20 Document (seven20__Document__c) Id instead
