Join

Join is a job board aggregator for which Seven20 provide a packaged integration that allows users to post job vacancies to Join without leaving Seven20; applications are then received from Join within Seven20.

Sending jobs to Join​

Job adverts are posted to Join from Seven20 when saving a Job record with the following criteria met:

  • The required fields are populated
  • The Send to Join (seven20__Send_To_Join__c) checkbox is set to true

The advert will be then be queued for sending.

Updating jobs In Join​

A packaged quick action on the Job object, Update Job In Join, can be used to resend the job advert with any new changes to the mapped fields.

Receiving applications from Join​

Applications are automatically retrieved from Join by a scheduled job. There is a configuration option which can be used to determine whether applications received from Join into Seven20 result in the creation of Job Board Application records or instead are created as Application records which go directly into the Job's ATS; the default setting is for Job Board Applications.
